1Who We Are

Hainan Yunzhen Network Technology Co., Ltd. operates the Healthyze® Site and is responsible for its merchant-side personal information practices. Where applicable, it acts as a data controller or business. Qiu Baodi is the Brand Representative, not a separately identified data controller. Certain platform providers may also process information for their own purposes under separate notices.

2Scope of This Policy

This policy covers personal information handled through our online store, checkout, pet-product browsing, customer accounts if offered, customer-service conversations, orders, delivery, returns, and marketing or advertising where used. It does not replace the separate notices of independently operated websites or services.

3Personal Information We Collect

The information involved depends on how you use the Site and which store features are enabled.

We do not need a pet owner’s medical records or government identification to answer routine product questions. Please do not include sensitive personal information in ordinary support messages unless specifically and lawfully requested for a necessary purpose.

We do not use optional pet details to diagnose an animal or make veterinary treatment decisions.

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, the legal basis depends on the purpose: contract for processing needed to fulfill an order; legal obligation for required records; legitimate interests where appropriate for fraud prevention, support and Site operations after considering your rights; and consent where required for non-essential cookies or marketing. The Site and enabled providers may use necessary cookies for cart, checkout and security; functional cookies for preferences; and optional analytics or advertising cookies and pixels. These technologies may process device identifiers and browsing events.

This HTML page does not itself install a consent banner or block third-party pixels. Separate technical configuration is required for those controls to function.

8Analytics & Advertising

If enabled, analytics and advertising providers, which may include Google, Meta or other partners, may help measure visits, cart events and campaigns or display relevant ads. Information exchanged may include identifiers, browsing and commercial activity. Actual providers and tracking depend on the store’s installed apps, pixels, and your applicable privacy choices. We will obtain consent or offer opt-outs where required.

9Disclosure to Others

We may disclose information as needed to ecommerce hosting and technology providers (including Shopify), payment and checkout providers, fulfillment warehouses and carriers, customer-support platforms, email/SMS providers, security and fraud-prevention services, analytics or advertising partners where enabled, professional advisers and authorities when legally required. Information may also be transferred in a lawful business reorganization. Service providers acting for us are expected to meet applicable privacy and contractual requirements.

10Sale, Sharing & Targeted Advertising

We do not describe ordinary order fulfillment as a sale of customer data. However, depending on the advertising technologies actually enabled, disclosure of identifiers or browsing activity to ad partners may qualify as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under certain privacy laws even if no money changes hands.

Where applicable, you may request an opt-out by emailing service@dailyjointchew.com or using a data-sharing opt-out control if one is published on the Site. We will not claim a website control exists until it has been configured and tested.

11Payment Processing

Payment and checkout providers may receive information needed to authorize purchases, prevent fraud and issue refunds. The Company may receive payment status, payment method type, transaction references and limited payment details. Complete card details and security codes are generally handled by the payment provider rather than requested through our support email. Review the relevant provider’s privacy notice for any processing it performs independently.

12Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for orders, customer support, accounting, applicable tax requirements, security, disputes or other lawful purposes. The period differs by category, applicable law and whether an account or active transaction remains. When no longer needed, information is deleted, anonymized or securely disposed of as appropriate, subject to lawful retention duties. 13International Data Transfers

Because our company is based in China and ecommerce, payment and logistics providers may operate internationally, your information may be accessed, stored or processed outside your country, depending on the providers used for your order. Privacy protections may differ. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a restricted transfer, we will use a lawful transfer mechanism and provide further information upon request. This statement does not establish that every named country or safeguard applies to every transaction.

We seek to use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved, including access controls and trusted payment infrastructure. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending full payment-card details, passwords or identity documents in ordinary customer-service emails. We may verify identity using proportionate information, accept an authorized agent where required, respond within applicable deadlines and explain any lawful exceptions. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

16EEA & UK Privacy Rights

Where EU or UK GDPR applies, rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection (including objection to direct marketing), data portability, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a competent supervisory authority. You may also have protections concerning certain solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. 17United States State Privacy Rights

Where a U.S. state privacy law applies to our business and to you, rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out of certain sales or targeted advertising, and an appeal of a rights-request decision where required. This supplemental notice applies to California residents only to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA), applies to us. The categories below describe information the Site may handle; the actual preceding-12-month collection, recipient categories and advertising disclosures must be confirmed against store records before publishing this as a historical statement.

Relevant rights may include knowing, deletion, correction, opting out of sale/sharing and limiting certain uses of sensitive information, where applicable. Please contact us to exercise rights. If advertising disclosures constitute “sharing,” a working opt-out method and appropriate GPC handling must be implemented; this HTML alone does not provide those functions.

19Sensitive Personal Information

Routine pet-product shopping does not require your health records, government ID numbers, biometric data or precise location. Do not submit these in ordinary support requests. If you voluntarily describe a pet’s condition, we use that message to respond to your question and do not treat it as a substitute for veterinary advice. Payment-related sensitive data is handled primarily through the relevant payment provider; any legally protected sensitive data must be processed in accordance with applicable limits and choices.

20Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Global Privacy Control is a browser-based signal that can communicate a choice to opt out of certain data sale or sharing. Where applicable law requires recognition of qualifying opt-out signals, the store must configure its relevant systems to honor them. You may also contact service@dailyjointchew.com about your advertising privacy choices. Publishing this text does not itself detect GPC signals or configure third-party marketing pixels.

21Email Marketing

If you sign up for marketing emails, we may send updates about Healthyze® dog soft chews, pet-care accessories and promotions, subject to applicable consent rules. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact us. Necessary messages about orders, delivery, refunds, security and requested support may still be sent.

22SMS / Text Marketing

If SMS marketing is offered and you separately opt in, we may send messages according to the consent and disclosures presented at sign-up. Marketing SMS consent is not a condition of purchase; message and data rates may apply. Follow the opt-out method stated in the messages, such as replying STOP where supported, or contact us. If the store does not operate SMS marketing, this section should be removed before publication.

23Children’s Privacy

The Site sells pet products to adult shoppers and is not directed to children. We do not intend to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law or use it for targeted advertising where prohibited. If you believe a child has submitted information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and take required action.

Third-party links, payment pages, tracking websites and apps may have their own privacy notices. Shopify may process customer data to provide commerce infrastructure and, depending on enabled services, for its own purposes.
